Dit ga je doen: - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het hotel in de nacht en ziet toe op de veiligheid van het pand en de gasten. - Jij zorgt voor een fijn en veilig verblijf voor onze gasten en zorgt voor een warm welkom van gasten die s'avonds laat of s'nachts arriveren. - Lichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden en administratieve taken. - Je verricht eenduidige beveiligingstaken zoals toegangscontrole, controle rondes door het hotel, cameratoezicht, signaleren van onveilige situaties, optreden bij overlast en incidenten. Jouw eigenschappen & ervaringen: - Gastvrije persoonlijkheid met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. - Ervaring in de Hospitality of klantenservice is wenselijk. - Stressbestendig en in staat om effectief te multitasken - Kennis van hotelreserveringsysteem Opera is een voordeel. - Bij voorkeur afgeronde MBO opleiding met relevante werkervaring. - Flexibele beschikbaarheid, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen.
