Q-Factory Hotel Amsterdam zoekt een betrouwbare en servicegerichte nachtportier die ervoor zorgt dat onze gasten zich ook tijdens de nacht welkom en veilig voelen.Wat ga je doen?Als nachtportier ben jij gedurende de nacht het aanspreekpunt voor onze hotelgasten. Je bewaakt de rust en veiligheid in en rondom het hotel en zorgt ervoor dat de receptie en administratie netjes worden overgedragen aan de ochtenddienst.Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Ontvangen en inchecken van laat arriverende gasten; • Helpen van gasten met vragen en verzoeken; • Uitchecken van vroeg vertrekkende gasten; • Uitvoeren van controlerondes door het hotel; • Bewaken van de rust, orde en veiligheid; • Beantwoorden van telefoongesprekken en berichten; • Verwerken van reserveringen en gastgegevens; • Uitvoeren van de nachtafsluiting en controleren van rapportages; • Registreren en rapporteren van bijzonderheden; • Verrichten van lichte voorbereidende werkzaamheden voor de ochtenddienst.De nachtdienst vindt plaats van 23.00 tot 07.00 uur.Wie zoeken wij?Wij zoeken iemand die rustig blijft, initiatief toont en ook zonder directe leidinggevende zelfstandig de juiste beslissingen kan nemen.Je bent: • Gastvrij, representatief en servicegericht; • Betrouwbaar en verantwoordelijk; • Zelfstandig en stressbestendig; • Alert op veiligheid en bijzonderheden; • Flexibel beschikbaar, ook in weekenden en op feestdagen; • Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels; • Handig met computers en administratieve werkzaamheden.Ervaring in een hotel, bij een receptie of in een beveiligende functie is een pluspunt.
