Om onze gasten ook ’s nachts een warme, veilige en zorgeloze ervaring te garanderen, zijn wij op zoek naar een betrouwbare en gastgerichte nachtreceptionist. Als nachtreceptionist bent u hét aanspreekpunt tijdens de nacht en zorgt u ervoor dat alles in het hotel vlot, rustig en veilig verloopt. U combineert gastvrijheid met verantwoordelijkheidszin en houdt een oog op zowel de gastenbeleving als de operationele werking. Uw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het verwelkomen van laat aankomende gasten en verzorgen van check-ins en check-outs
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van ondersteuning waar nodig
  • Toezicht houden op de rust, veiligheid en algemene orde in het hotel
  • Uitvoeren van controlerondes
  • Ondersteunen bij bar- en restaurantactiviteiten (indien van toepassing)
  • Administratieve opvolging en voorbereiding van de volgende dag
  • Verwerken van reservaties en e-mails (indien van toepassing)
  • Klaarzetten van receptie en publieke ruimtes voor de ochtendshift
  • Voorbereiden van het ontbijt (buffet klaarzetten en aanvullen)
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van bijzonderheden of problemen
