Voor het stijlvolle Silt Hotel in Middelkerke zoeken we een enthousiaste nachtreceptionist(e) (flexi-job) die onze gasten ook tijdens de nacht een warm welkom bezorgt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt wanneer de meeste mensen slapen en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot en veilig verloopt.

Hotel Silt behoort tot de C-Hotels Group. Tot onze groep behoren twaalf hotels, een brasserie, een restaurant en een truffelwinkel. De kernwaarden binnen C-Hotels zijn een kwalitatieve dienstverlening en klantvriendelijkheid.

Als nachtreceptionist van Hotel Silt kom je terecht in een prachtig designhotel waar stijl en klasse hand in hand gaan met een warme en ontspannen sfeer. Het hotel beschikt over verschillende kamertypes, waarvan de meeste een uniek zeezicht bieden, een gezellige C-Bar en een locatie om van te dromen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Gastvrij ontvangen van bezoekers en zorgen voor een vlotte check-in/check-out.
  • Beheer van reserveringen en administratieve taken.
  • Facturen opstellen en betalingen ontvangen.
  • Klantvragen beantwoorden en problemen op een commerciële manier oplossen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de technische dienst, housekeeping en ontbijtploeg om alles op rolletjes te laten lopen.
  • Zorgdragen voor een vlotte service en een commercieel oogpunt hebben voor de groei van het hotel.
  • Gastvrije en professionele houding, zowel naar gasten als naar collega’s
  • Gemotiveerde en dynamische persoonlijkheid
  • Bereidheid om flexibel te werken, inclusief af en toe in het weekend en op feestdagen
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
  • Ervaring in de hotel- of toerismesector is een pluspunt, maar geen must
  • Goede administratieve skills en nauwkeurig
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
