Over ons:

ibis Sint-Niklaas is een gezellig driesterrenhotel in het hart van de stad Sint-Niklaas, op een boogscheut van de Grote Markt. Met 85 kamers, een ontbijtruimte en een vergaderzaal bieden wij onze gasten een comfortabel verblijf. Je word onderdeel van een klein, hecht team van 10 enthousiaste collega's die elke dag klaar staan om ons gasten een topservice te bieden:

Jouw rol als nachtreceptionist(e)?:

Wij zoeken een representatieve nachtreceptionist(e) voor 4 nachten per week. Tijdens jouw shift van 23u tot 7u ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlekkeloos verloopt. Je taken zijn gevarieerd en omvatten onder andere:

  • In & uitchecken van hotelgasten
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van de beste service
  • Aannemen en verwerken van reservaties
  • Uitvoeren van receptiewerkzaamheden en administratieve taken
  • Dagafsluit en opstellen van rapporten
  • Opstarten ontbijtbuffet
  • De bar bedienen voor onze gasten

Wat wij zoeken:

  • Je bent gastvrij, representatief en betrouwbaar
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en behoudt altijd het overzicht
  • Ervaring in de sector is een plus, maar geen must
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans & Engels
