Voor Mercure Antwerp City South, zijn wij op zoek naar een betrouwbare en zelfstandige Flexi Nachtreceptionist.

In deze functie ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor de gasten tijdens de nachtelijke uren.

Je combineert een gastvrije ontvangst met de nodige nachtelijke administratie en waakt over de rust en veiligheid in het hotel.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je verwelkomt laat aankomende gasten en verzorgt late check-ins en vroege check-outs.

• Je ondersteunt gasten en beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de receptie.

• Je voert de night audit uit en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling.

• Je verwerkt betalingen en staat in voor het kassabeheer.

• Je toeziet op de algemene rust en veiligheid in het hotel.

• Je signaleert en volgt eventuele technische of operationele problemen op.

• Je bereidt de receptie voor op de overdracht naar het ochtendteam.

Wie zoeken we?

• Je komt in aanmerking om te werken onder het flexi-job statuut.

• Je bent gastgericht, representatief en straalt vertrouwen en rust uit.

• Je kan prima zelfstandig werken, bent alert en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.

• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en blijft oplossingsgericht handelen.

• Ervaring in de hotellerie of met een hotel PMS-systeem is een mooie troef.
