Over de job

Als nachttechnieker ben je tijdens de nachturen mee verantwoordelijk voor de operationele continuïteit, veiligheid en technische ondersteuning op de ziekenhuiscampussen. Je combineert technische opdrachten met een belangrijke toezichts- en ondersteuningsfunctie.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van technische interventies, herstellingen en controles aan gebouwen en installaties.
  • Het opvolgen van technische meldingen, alarmen en storingen en het nemen van de gepaste acties.
  • Het uitvoeren van periodieke controlerondes in gebouwen, technische ruimtes en kritische zones.
  • Het toezien op de algemene veiligheid, toegankelijkheid en goede staat van de ziekenhuisinfrastructuur tijdens de nacht.
  • Het signaleren van onveilige situaties, beschadigingen, defecten of andere afwijkingen en het nemen van onmiddellijke maatregelen waar nodig.
  • Het openen en afsluiten van toegangen overeenkomstig de geldende procedures.
  • Het ondersteunen van zorgafdelingen, dispatch en andere diensten bij dringende operationele vragen.
  • Het bieden van ondersteuning bij incidenten en noodsituaties, waaronder agressie- of veiligheidsincidenten, waarbij aanwezigheid, ondersteuning, de-escalatie en coördinatie met interne en externe hulpdiensten belangrijk zijn.
  • Het samenwerken met bewaking, dispatch, verpleegkundige diensten en wachtdiensten om de continuïteit van de ziekenhuiswerking te verzekeren.
  • Het correct registreren en rapporteren van uitgevoerde controles, interventies en incidenten.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger technisch secundair onderwijs in het domein elektriciteit, sanitair of elektro-mechanica.
  • Je beschikt over een ruime kennis van het vakgebied elektriciteit, sanitair en mechanica en toepassingen waarbij logisch denken een natuurlijke reflex is.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Heeft een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en veiligheidsbewustzijn.
  • Kan kalm en kordaat handelen in nood- of crisissituaties.
  • Beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan professioneel omgaan met patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers.
  • Is voldoende weerbaar om adequaat op te treden bij agressie-, veiligheids- of noodsituaties.
  • Kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en prioriteiten stellen tijdens nacht- en weekendwerk.
  • Combineert een technische achtergrond met een sterke dienstverlenende en veiligheidsgerichte ingesteldheid.
