FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Voor een ontbijtgranen producent regio Ardooie zoeken wij een TEAMLEADER voor de NACHTPLOEG!

Dagelijks bouw je aan een hecht, gemotiveerd, wendbaar en inzetbaar team in een aangename en veilige werkomgeving:

Onthalenvan nieuwe medewerkers, ontwikkelmogelijkheden detecteren, opleiding initiëren i.s.m. de interne trainers en instaan voor de overdracht en borging van kennis;

- Feedback geven, performance gesprekken organiseren, periodiek werkoverleg en doorstroming van info; - Toezien op de kennis en strikte naleving van de interne afspraken rond veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde, netheid en duurzaamheid. - Je zet een sterk rendement neer door een optimale planning, taakverdeling en machinebezetting: - Toezicht houden op het correct instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van de verpakkingslijnen; - Ondersteunen van operatoren bij de start, ombouw en instelling van machines; - Toezien op de uitvoering van kwaliteitscontroles en streven naar continue verbetering. - Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en gestructureerd overleg met alle betrokken partijen, binnen en buiten je afdeling:

Instaan voor een vlotte ploegoverdracht. Overleg met teamleden, collega's en andere leidinggevenden; Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het diensthoofd van de verpakking.

PROFIEL

Relevante ervaring (min. 5 à 10 jaar) als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving is een must (voedingssector pluspunt);

Een bachelor of A2 opleiding en sterke technische aanleg om ons sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark snel te doorgronden;

Een sterk analytisch denkvermogen om zaken snel te detecteren en duurzame oplossingen te bieden;

Communicatietalent voor overleg, coaching, feedback en teamontwikkeling;

Organisatie- en coördinatietalent met voldoende hands-on mentaliteit voor het optimaal functioneren van de nachtploeg (ma-vr);

Flexibiliteit in denken en doen, bereidheid tot periodiek werkoverleg, opleiding of ontwikkeling, buiten de nachtploeg.
