Ben jij een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en bewoners ook tijdens de nacht de rust, veiligheid en zorg wil bieden die ze verdienen?

Wij zoeken een nachtverpleegkundige met een hart voor ouderen, die bewonersgericht werkt en respect heeft voor de eigenheid, gewoontes en wensen van iedere bewoner.

Je begrijpt dat een goede nacht meer betekent dan verpleegkundige zorg alleen. Een geruststellend woord, aandacht voor iemand die wakker ligt of onrustig is, comfort bieden en kleine veranderingen tijdig opmerken: ook daarin maak jij het verschil.

Hoe ziet jouw nacht eruit?

Als nachtverpleegkundige waak je samen met je collega’s over het welzijn en de veiligheid van onze bewoners.

Je staat in voor de verpleegkundige en verzorgende ondersteuning tijdens de nacht en houdt daarbij oog voor zowel de lichamelijke als psychosociale noden van onze bewoners.

Concreet betekent dit onder andere:

  • Je voert de nodige verpleegkundige en verzorgende handelingen uit.
  • Je observeert onze bewoners en merkt veranderingen in hun toestand tijdig op.
  • Je reageert adequaat op acute situaties en neemt waar nodig verpleegkundige beslissingen.
  • Je hebt aandacht voor bewoners die ’s nachts onrustig, angstig of wakker zijn en biedt hen de nodige nabijheid en ondersteuning.
  • Je draagt bij aan een rustige, veilige en aangename nachtomgeving.
  • Je registreert relevante observaties en zorgt voor een goede informatiedoorstroom naar de collega’s van de dagdienst.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de andere medewerkers van de nachtdienst en kan tegelijk zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en gaat geduldig en respectvol met hen om.
  • Je straalt warmte en gastvrijheid uit, ook tijdens de stille uren van de nacht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, prioriteiten stellen en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je blijft rustig en handelt doordacht wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen.
  • De visie en waarden van ons WZC passen bij de manier waarop jij zorg wil bieden.
  • Je beschikt over een blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister, model 1 openbaar bestuur.
