Tijdens de nacht vorm je samen met een zorgkundige een hecht team dat instaat voor de zorg en het welzijn van 68 bewoners, verdeeld over drie afdelingen, waaronder één beschermde afdeling. Dankzij jouw professionele aanpak en warme persoonlijkheid kunnen bewoners rekenen op een veilige, rustige en kwaliteitsvolle nacht.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Toedienen van nacht- en ochtendmedicatie.
  • Klaarzetten van de medicatie voor de volgende dag.
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen en gezondheidsobservaties.
  • Mee verzorgen van de nachtronde en ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse zorg.
  • Inspelen op zorgvragen en onverwachte situaties tijdens de nacht.
  • Ontvangen en opvolgen van medicatieleveringen van de apotheek.
  • Correct rapporteren van observaties en aandachtspunten aan collega's.
  • Bijdragen aan een huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners zich veilig en gehoord voelen. Met jouw betrokkenheid maak je elke nacht het verschil voor onze bewoners én hun familie.

Als verpleegkundige in WZC Bloemenhof bied je kwaliteitsvolle en persoonsgerichte zorg aan bewoners. Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen, dient medicatie toe en volgt parameters op. Je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn en biedt comfortzorg en psychosociale ondersteuning. Daarnaast ondersteun je zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking en neem je administratieve taken op om zorgkwaliteit en continuïteit te waarborgen. Je combineert technische deskundigheid met aandacht, nabijheid en professionele opvolging.

Wij vragen:

  • professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde met geldig visum, basisverpleegkundige;
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken en vlot functioneren in een team;
  • sociaal en betrokken, met oog voor de noden van bewoners;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig;
  • goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal;
