Dan word jij misschien de nachtverpleegkundige binnen Sophia 3 waarnaar UPC Duffel op zoek is. Deze (opname)afdeling is gericht op ouderen met cognitieve en gedragsproblemen kaderend binnen (jong)dementieel syndroom (BPSD - Behavioural & Psychological Symptoms of Dementia).

  • Jouw mening telt. Jouw observaties en inbreng op het teamoverleg zijn dan ook cruciaal voor een herstelgericht behandelplan waarin ook hun context en naasten een plaats krijgen.
  • Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om medicatie te beheren en toe te dienen.

  • Je bent validerend en warm in contact met patiënten, je kan je goed inleven en je communiceert op een respectvolle manier.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband, enthousiast en nauwgezet.
  • Jouw enthousiasme doet de nachtelijke uren sneller voorbij tikken. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook gericht op samenwerken.
  • Humor als uitlaatklep, het doet jou even veel deugd als je collega’s.
  • Je hebt een diploma (en visum) als verpleegkundige. Bij voorkeur heb je al (stage- of werk)ervaring binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg, maar het kan ook andersom. Wie weet wordt UPC Duffel jouw eerste ervaring en ben je helemaal verkocht aan de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
