Jouw profiel? Je toont respect, empathie en begrip. Een relevant verpleegkunde diploma (Bachelor of HBO5) is essentieel.

Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en beschikt over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. Bovendien ben je flexibel en stressbestendig, en blijf je georganiseerd, ook onder druk.

  • Diploma Verpleegkunde: Je beschikt over een diploma in de verpleegkunde, minimaal op bachelor- of gegradueerd niveau.
  • Passie voor ouderenzorg: Je hebt een hart voor ouderen en streeft ernaar hun kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag samen en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig, maar je kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden: Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed omgaan met bewoners en hun familie.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om te werken in een de vaste nachtploeg en vindt het niet erg om af en toe in het weekend of op feestdagen te werken.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed; andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Als verpleegkundige voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondzorg, medicatietoediening en dagelijkse verzorging. Je bouwt sterke, vertrouwensvolle relaties op met bewoners en hun familie en biedt emotionele steun waar nodig.
  • Je coordineert het zorgproces, stelt zorgplannen op en werkt nauw samen met zorgkundigen en andere teamleden. Daarnaast documenteer je zorgactiviteiten en rapporteer je veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners.
  • Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteitsverbetering door actief deel te nemen aan teamoverleggen en scholingsactiviteiten, en werkt mee aan de voortdurende verbetering van de zorgverlening.
