Nachtverpleegkundige - Jij houdt de wacht op de gloednieuwe campus! (75%)

Ben jij een gediplomeerd verpleegkundige met een groot hart voor de zorg en sta jij stevig in je schoenen? Ben je een echte 'plantrekker' die zelfstandig kan werken en heb je zin in een mooie uitdaging op lange termijn? Dan is deze vacature jou op het lijf geschreven!

Voor een moderne, gloednieuwe campus in ons WZC in regio Edegem zijn wij vanaf eind november op zoek naar een daadkrachtige Nachtverpleegkundige (VPK) voor permanentie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als nachtverpleegkundige ben jij de rots in de branding wanneer de nacht valt. Omdat dit een gloednieuwe campus betreft, sta je er gedurende de nacht alleen voor. Maar geen zorgen: jij bent een topper die weet wat hij/zij doet en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen!

  • Volledige zorg & techniek: Je combineert het warme, algemene zorgpakket moeiteloos met de nodige technische verpleegkundige handelingen.
  • Permanentie & continuïteit: Jij waakt over het welzijn, de rust en de veiligheid van alle bewoners gedurende de nacht.
  • Samenwerken & overdragen: In het weekend werk je met een vast team; door de week werk je samen met wisselende ploegen. Dankzij jouw sterke communicatie verloopt de overdracht vlekkeloos.

Wie ben jij? (Het DNA dat we zoeken)

We zoeken niet zomaar een verpleegkundige, maar een heel specifiek profiel. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Echte 'plantrekker': Je bent ontzettend zelfstandig, daadkrachtig en pakt zaken meteen kordaat aan.
  • Warm hart: Je bent zelfzeker in je handelen, maar verliest het menselijke en zorgzame aspect voor de bewoners nooit uit het oog.
  • Communicatief & flexibel: Je past je vlot aan bij wisselende situaties en werkt fijn samen met collega's.
  • Beschikbaarheid: Je zoekt een 75% contract (werkzaam in 1 op 3 weekenden) en bent klaar om eind november te starten.
  • Regio: onze campus ligt in Edegem, dus ideaal woon je in de regio rond Edegem of groot-Antwerpen
