Als nachtverpleegkundige in WZC Wijgmaalbroek bewaak je de rust en bied je bewoners veiligheid en zorgcontinuïteit. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar blijft nauw verbonden met het team en de werking van het woonzorgcentrum.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • je verleent integrale zorg (verpleegkundig en psychosociaal) aan een toegewezen groep bewoners;
  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit tijdens de nachten (21u–7u);
  • je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • je ondersteunt zorgkundigen waar nodig en stemt af met collega’s;
  • je registreert correct in het bewonersdossier en zorgt voor overdracht;
  • je draagt bij aan een veilige en rustige nachtelijke leefomgeving.

Als nachtverpleegkundige in WZC Wijgmaalbroek draag je bij aan een rustige en veilige nachtwerking. Je verleent integrale zorg, voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit tussen 21u en 7u en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn. Je ondersteunt zorgkundigen waar nodig en zorgt voor een correcte overdracht naar het dagteam. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor veiligheid en continuïteit tijdens de nacht. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je ’s nachts het overzicht bewaart en adequaat reageert op veranderingen.

Verder vragen wij

  • je beschikt over een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 verpleegkunde en een geldig visum;
  • ervaring in nachtwerking is een plus;
  • je registreert correct in het bewonersdossier;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
