We zijn op zoek naar een nachtverpleegkundige die interesse heeft in een samenwerkingsovereenkomst voor zelfstandige dienstverlening.

Als nachtverpleegkundige ben jij tijdens de nacht een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor onze bewoners. In ons woonzorgcentrum staat een warme, persoonlijke benadering centraal. Jij draagt bij aan een rustige en veilige nachtomgeving waarin bewoners kunnen rekenen op deskundige zorg en nabijheid wanneer dat nodig is.

Als nachtverpleegkundige, op zelfstandige basis, neem je tijdens jouw nachtshift verantwoordelijkheid op voor de verpleegkundige zorg en het welzijn van onze bewoners.

Jouw opdracht

  • Je staat in voor de verpleegkundige opvolging en verzorging van onze bewoners gedurende de nacht en speelt alert in op veranderingen in hun toestand.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zorgkundige en ondersteunt waar nodig bij de nachtelijke verzorgingsmomenten, zoals toiletbezoeken en verschoningen.
  • Je bewaakt mee de veiligheid en het comfort binnen het woonzorgcentrum en reageert gepast en doordacht op oproepen of onverwachte situaties.
  • Je registreert de uitgevoerde zorgen en belangrijke observaties op een correcte en zorgvuldige manier, zodat het team overdag vlot kan verdergaan met de opvolging.
  • Je zorgt met jouw kalme en betrokken aanwezigheid voor vertrouwen en geruststelling, ook wanneer een bewoner tijdens de nacht extra ondersteuning nodig heeft.
  • Je werkt als zelfstandige verpleegkundige professioneel en verantwoordelijk en stemt jouw werkzaamheden af met de aanwezige zorgmedewerkers en het bredere zorgteam.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsbesef.
  • Je hebt passie voor de zorg.
  • Je hebt een hart voor ouderen.
