Jij bent: In het bezit van een zorg gerelateerd diploma op mbo-2 niveau. Rustig, betrouwbaar, betrokken, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk. Oplettend en alert op veranderingen bij bewoners. Iemand die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, flexibel is en snel kan schakelen. Communicatief sterk en prettig in de samenwerking. Bereid om 3 à 4 nachtdiensten per week te werken. Iemand die denkt in mogelijkheden en kijkt naar wat een bewoner nodig heeft. Affiniteit met de gehandicaptenzorg en complexe zorgvragen.

Jij brengt rust wanneer de wereld slaapt

Werken in de nacht, maar nooit alleen. Op onze prachtige locatie in Geelbroek, aan de rand van een natuurgebied bij Assen, wonen volwassenen met complexe zorgvragen. Overdag is er volop beweging, buiten zijn en beleven. sNachts verandert de sfeer: het wordt stil, rustig en prikkelarm.

Juist in die nacht ben jij ontzettend belangrijk.

Als nachtzorgmedewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de bewoners zich veilig en vertrouwd voelen. Je bent dichtbij wanneer dat nodig is, houdt een oogje in het zeil en weet wanneer je moet handelen en wanneer juist rust en ruimte het beste zijn.

Voor Geelbroek Hooghalen zijn we op zoek naar een betrokken nachtzorgmedewerker voor 28 uur per week.
