Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Sägewerk Steyrermühl (OÖ) suchen wir: 1 Nachwuchskraft (m/w/d) Produktion ab sofort, 38 Wochenstunden, 2- und 3-Schichtbereitschaft

WAS ERWARTET SIE?

* Im Rahmen eines strukturierten Ausbildungsprogramms lernen Sie die Produktionsanlagen und -prozesse im Sägewerk umfassend kennen und bauen ein fundiertes Verständnis für Abläufe, Qualität und Kennzahlen auf.

* Durch Ihre Mitarbeit im operativen Betrieb unterstützen Sie aktiv die Schichtteams im täglichen Produktionsgeschehen.

* Schrittweise übernehmen Sie ausgewählte Aufgaben in der Produktion, etwa im Bereich Prozessoptimierung, Datenauswertung oder Schulung von Mitarbeitern.

* Ebenso wirken Sie an Verbesserungsprojekten sowie kontinuierlichen Optimierungsmaßnahmen mit und unterstützen bei Dokumentation, Reporting und Systempflege.

* Parallel dazu wachsen Sie in erste Führungsaufgaben hinein, übernehmen Verantwortung im Team und wirken bei Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Unterweisungen mit.

* Darüber hinaus leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards und entwickeln sich zu einer Vorbildperson im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit.

WAS ERWARTEN WIR?

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Meister- oder Maturaniveau (z. B. HTL), idealerweise im Bereich Holz, Produktion oder Industrie.

* Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Sägewerk sammeln.

* Sie besitzen ein gutes technisches Verständnis und interessieren sich für Produktionsprozesse sowie deren Zusammenhänge.

* Sie sind motiviert, sich weiterzuentwickeln, zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft und möchten schrittweise Verantwortung übernehmen.

* Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, kommunizieren klar und treten gegenüber Kollegen respektvoll auf.

* Sie gehen Ihre Aufgaben strukturiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert an und sind bereit, im Schichtbetrieb (2-/3-Schicht) zu arbeiten.

Als Nachwuchskraft Produktion (m/w/d) werden Sie gezielt auf Ihre zukünftige Führungsrolle vorbereitet. Ziel ist es, innerhalb eines mehrjährigen Entwicklungsprogramms schrittweise Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich bis zur Führungskraft weiterzuentwickeln.

Für diese Position bieten wir Ihnen im Rahmen einer Vollzeitanstellung einen Einstiegslohn von rund EUR 3.250,00 brutto. Die tatsächliche Bezahlung ist von der jeweiligen Qualifikation bzw. Berufserfahrung abhängig und orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag der Sägeindustrie Österreich.
