The posting

Pierre Celishof is een woongroep in Hoegaarden. Er wonen volwassenen met een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel. Wij bieden een warme thuis aan onze zorggebruikers en hechten veel belang aan een gelijkwaardige en individuele omgang.

We gaan voortdurend in dialoog met de zorggebruikers om op die manier hun vragen naar ondersteuning te erkennen en we zoeken samen met hun naar antwoorden op hun zorgvragen.

Jouw taken worden

· Je zorgt er mee voor dat de dagelijkse werking vlot en goed georganiseerd verloopt.

· Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en pedagogisch meedenken binnen de werking.

· Je biedt de zorggebruikers en hun netwerk de nodige ondersteuning vanuit het

principe zorg-op-maat.

· Je verbindt het aanbod met de samenleving en op die manier werk je integratie

bevorderend.

· Je denkt en handelt vanuit een emancipatorische visie.

Onze organisatie

’t Weyerke maakt deel uit van Stijn vzw, een netwerk dat zorg en ondersteuning biedt aan mensen met een (vermoeden van) beperking, senioren in assistentiewoningen en kinderen in een inclusieve kinderopvang. Stijn vzw verleent zorg aan ruim 3500 cliënten in Limburg, Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant.

Wij willen met onze expertise het verschil maken voor mensen die ons een zorgvraag stellen omdat we geloven dat iedereen, ongeacht de beperking, recht heeft op een volwaardig leven.

We verwachten van jou

· Je hebt een diploma in de menswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (onregelmatig dienstrooster met weekendwerk).

· Je zet je talenten graag in.

· Je werkt zelfstandig maar steeds in verbinding met de collega’s in het team.

· Je gaat respectvol, hartelijk en geëngageerd om met de doelgroep.

· Je past de geldende afspraken flexibel toe.

· Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over voldoende emotionele draag-en veerkracht.

· Je kiest voor open communicatie en hecht veel belang aan het geven/krijgen van feedback.

· Je hebt een rijbewijs en bent bereid om het busvervoer te doen van 8 personen voor occasionele uitstappen.

· Je volgt de noodpermanentie van Brouwketel (assistentiewoningen verbonden aan het gebouw van Pierre Celishof) op.
