Mensen die na bijvoorbeeld een beroerte, hersentrauma of andere neurologische aandoening opnieuw vorm moeten geven aan hun leven. Iedere cliënt heeft een eigen verhaal, eigen mogelijkheden en eigen uitdagingen. Daarom zoeken wij een gediplomeerd NAH-verpleegkundige of een verpleegkundige die zich graag wil specialiseren in de NAH-zorg. Heb je de ambitie om deze specialistische richting op te gaan? Dan investeren wij graag in jouw ontwikkeling en betalen wij de externe opleiding. Over de afdeling Op onze NAH-afdeling binnen Elisabeth begeleid je cliënten bij het hervinden van regie, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven. Je werkt intensief samen met behandelaren, verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en welzijnscollega's. De zorgvraag is veelzijdig. Naast verpleegtechnische handelingen speelt gedrag, communicatie, cognitieve problematiek en begeleiding een belangrijke rol. Juist die combinatie maakt het werk uitdagend en betekenisvol. Ontwikkelen binnen het REC Als REC (Regionaal Expertise Centrum) beschikt Thebe Elisabeth over specialistische kennis en expertise rondom complexe zorgvragen. Je werkt in een omgeving waar leren, ontwikkelen en kennis delen centraal staan. Wil jij je ontwikkelen tot NAH-verpleegkundige? Dan bieden wij jou de mogelijkheid om de gespecialiseerde externe NAH-opleiding in Rotterdam te volgen. De kosten van deze opleiding worden volledig door Thebe vergoed.
