Werk je graag met kinderen en haal je voldoening uit het ondersteunen van een jong gezin in het dagelijkse leven? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

FIFTYFIVE+ zoekt een gemotiveerde nanny / gezinsondersteuner voor een gezin in Deurle.

Je ondersteunt het gezin bij de opvang van twee jonge kinderen en helpt mee om de drukte van de dag op een warme en praktische manier op te vangen. De focus ligt op vertrouwen, rust, structuur en een vlotte dagelijkse werking.

Als nanny / gezinsondersteuner zal jij:

  • kinderen ophalen van school en crèche
  • de kinderen veilig naar huis brengen
  • zorgen voor een warme en rustige opvang na school of crèche
  • helpen bij wassen, eten geven en het avondritueel
  • eventueel ondersteunen bij schoolwerk waar nodig
  • eenvoudige, gezonde maaltijden klaarmaken voor de kinderen en/of het gezin
  • boodschappen doen, afhalen en thuisbrengen
  • lichte huishoudelijke taken opnemen, zoals eens stofzuigen of opruimen
  • strijkwerk opnemen indien haalbaar
  • mee zorgen voor een gestructureerde en aangename thuissituatie

Het gaat om een deeltijdse functie vanaf september, gemiddeld ongeveer 8 tot 10 uur per week. De planning kan wat verschillen van week tot week, bijvoorbeeld de ene week 6 uur en de andere week 10 uur, afhankelijk van de noden van het gezin en jouw beschikbaarheid.

Voor deze functie verwelkomen wij gemotiveerde profielen met onderstaande vaardigheden:

  • ervaring met jonge kinderen is belangrijk
  • achtergrond als kleuteronderwijzer, lagereschoolleerkracht, nanny of kinderbegeleider is een sterke plus
  • warm, zorgzaam en betrouwbaar ingesteld
  • verzorgd voorkomen en rustige uitstraling
  • graag omgaan met kinderen en inspelen op hun ritme
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen
  • goed te been en praktisch ingesteld
  • open en duidelijk kunnen communiceren met de ouders
  • gevoel voor waarden, structuur en verantwoordelijkheid
  • creativiteit is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • rijbewijs B en eigen wagen zijn noodzakelijk
