Wie is het gezin?

Voor een ondernemend en liefdevol gezin in Zwijndrecht zoeken we een gezinsassistent. Ze hebben drie jonge kinderen: een dochter van 4,5 jaar en een tweeling van 14 maanden. Het is een warm gezin waar structuur, rust en betrokkenheid centraal staan.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een mature, warme en proactieve persoon die:

  • ervaring heeft met jonge kinderen (ervaring met meerdere kinderen is een plus)
  • zelfstandig werkt en initiatief neemt
  • werk ziet en graag helpt waar nodig
  • rust en structuur kan brengen in een gezin
  • zich wil engageren op lange termijn
  • iemand met een "tweede mama / oma"-gevoel past hier perfect.

Takenpakket

Kinderzorg:

  • Zorgen voor de kindjes als ze thuis zijn van school en crèche
  • Spelen, begeleiden en activiteiten doen
  • Tussendoortjes voorbereiden
  • Zorgen voor rust en structuur

Lichte huishoudelijke ondersteuning:

  • Opruimen en orde houden
  • Was doen en plooien
  • Lichte schoonmaaktaken (stofzuigen, oppervlakken reinigen)
  • Af en toe koken of maaltijdvoorbereiding
  • Organiseren van ruimtes

Voorstel planning

Gemiddeld 16 à 18 uur per week

  • Maandag namiddag van 13u tot 18u
  • Dinsdag namiddag van 13u tot 18u (soms tot 19u)
  • Woensdag namiddag van 12u tot 17u
  • Zaterdag voormiddag van 9u tot 13u (of 2x per maand)

Op termijn, wanneer de tweeling naar school gaat, zal de focus meer liggen op ondersteuning na schooluren (tot ongeveer 18u).

Extra uren mogelijk tijdens schoolvakanties.

Meer ondersteuning gevraagd in drukke periodes (zoals de maand juli en de kerstvakantie).
