Uren: Deeltijds (20 a 30u/week) met doorgroeimogelijkheden (flexibele uren, geen avond- of weekendwerk)

Ben jij een warme, proactieve organisator die zich helemaal thuis voelt in een dynamisch gezin? Een gezin in Sint-Martens-Latem zoekt een betrouwbare huismanager & nanny op lange termijn.

Met twee drukke carrieres en gezinsuitbreiding op komst, zoeken zij iemand die rust, structuur en warmte brengt in hun huis. Ze verhuizen begin volgend jaar naar hun nieuwe woning in Sint-Martens-Latem.

Wie ben jij?

  • Invalshoek: Je bent een warme multitasker die houdt van aanpakken en een sterke vertrouwensband wil opbouwen met een gezin.
  • Ervaring & Zorgzaamheid: Je hebt ervaring in het huishouden/hospitality en affectie met (of ervaring in) de zorg voor baby's en kinderen.
  • Discretie & Respect: Je werkt discreet, zelfstandig en hecht veel belang aan wederzijds respect.
  • Talen: Je spreekt minstens 1 van deze 3 talen (Nederlands, Frans, Engels).
  • Mobiliteit: Je beschikt over eigen vervoer om vlot in Sint-Martens-Latem te geraken en eventueel om naar zee te gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als multitasker neem jij de zorg voor het gezin, de hond, de planten en het huis op jou. Je krijgt veel vertrouwen en zelfstandigheid.

  • Zorg voor kinderen: In het voorjaar verwelkomt het gezin hun eerste kindje. Jij helpt met heel veel liefde, warmte en aandacht bij de dagelijkse zorg voor de baby. Omdat de wens er is om het gezin op termijn verder uit te breiden, groeit jouw rol als nanny op een natuurlijke manier mee.
  • Huishoudelijke organisatie: Jij weet van aanpakken en houdt het huis schoon, georganiseerd en gezellig. Je zorgt voor de was, het strijkwerk en de verzorging van waardevolle materialen.
  • Zorg voor dier & groen: Je geeft aandacht aan de enthousiaste Cavapoo (de hond van het huis) en houdt samen met de tuinman de planten in topconditie.
  • Praktische regelingen: Kleine boodschappen doen, de verhuis vlot helpen voorbereiden, leveringen of bestellingen opvolgen en zorgen dat het dagelijkse leven in huis ontspannen en soepel verloopt. Je bent de drijvende kracht die overal aan denkt.
  • Startfase & Kust (Optioneel): Vanaf midden november kan je al meedraaien in Gent om de overgang naar de nieuwe woning mee voor te bereiden. Wie wil, kan optioneel ook het onderhoud van het appartement aan de kust erbij nemen voor extra uren!
