Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste SEACO - NAS* Administrator . *NAS: North Atlantic Services Doelstelling: Je staat in contact met rederijen en Amerikaanse expediteurs. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de registratie, input en facturatie van zeevrachten voor de verschillende trade lanes. Je houdt hierbij rekening met de nationale én internationale regelgeving en specifieke instructies van klanten opdat een vlotte en accurate afwikkeling van de opdracht bekomen kan worden. Jobinhoud: - Je staat in voor allerhande administratie (opvolgen e-mails, input en controle van gegevens, VGM registeren / controleren / ingeven, …) - Je staat in voor de correcte opvolging en afwerking van: boekingen, Import Security Filingen voor klanten, Chassis procedure, … - Je verstuurt de nodige verschepingsdocumenten naar klanten, maakt documenten beschikbaar voor agenten, ocean carriers en custom brokers; - Je laat douane formaliteiten uitvoeren voor export en import en hebt hiervoor zowel interne als externe contacten; - Ook facturatie van klanten behoort tot jouw takenpakket, facturen worden door jou ingeboekt van leveranciers, ocean carriers en agenten. Jouw talenten: - Je hebt bij voorkeur 3 - 5 jaar logistieke ervaring opgedaan bij een scheepsagent en/of een logistieke opleiding van minstens 3 jaar genoten; - Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot en communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven); - Je kan vlot werken in het MS Office pakket (Excel e...
