Sinds 2001 levert Nasec landelijk gekwalificeerde nachtreceptionisten binnen de hotelbranche, van hostel tot 5 sterren hotel. Onze nachtreceptionisten hebben grote invloed op de gastbeleving. Het is dan ook niet voor niets dat wij onze mensen selecteren op betrouwbaarheid, ondernemerschap, professionaliteit en daadkracht. Deze kwalificaties gelden overigens niet alleen voor onze nachtreceptionisten, maar voor onze hele organisatie.Als Night Manager ben je samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor de Nachtreceptionisten. Dit begint bij het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers en helpen maken van het rooster. Daarnaast ben je eerstelijns contactpersoon voor de nachtreceptionisten. Ook fungeer je waar nodig zelf als Nachtreceptionist. Dit houdt in dat je de receptie bezet, het aanspreekpunt voor de gasten bent en enkele bijkomende werkzaamheden uitvoert.

Functie-eisen: Wij zijn op zoek naar een collega: • Met minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring; • Die bij voorkeur aantoonbare werkervaring in hotels heeft; • Die representatief, enthousiast, flexibel en gastgericht is; • Die gestructureerd werkt en administratief sterk is; • Die verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel heeft; • Stevig in zijn schoenen staat; • De Nederlandse en Engelse taal in spraak en geschrift zeer goed beheerst; • In bezit is van rijbewijs B en een auto, zodat je rond kan rijden langs locaties; • We zoeken iemand de het liefst woonachtig is in de randstad of in midden Nederland, we proberen iedere Night Manager zijn/haar eigen regio te laten bedienen;Wij verwachten dus iemand die 's nachts werkzaam wil zijn. Vaak zal dit op locatie zijn, maar eventueel bereikbaarheid en roosteren vanuit huis kan ook af en toe aan de orde zijn.
