Je start met een intensieve bootcamp en ontwikkelt je daarna door via verschillende teams binnen de SDD, van Incidentcoördinatie en Kwaliteitszorg tot Procesondersteuning en Teamleiding. Je draait direct mee in de praktijk, werkt aan echte verbetertrajecten en ontwikkelt vaardigheden in ICT, dienstverlening en procesoptimalisatie. Met trainingen, begeleiding en veel verantwoordelijkheid groei jij uit tot een veelzijdige ICT-professional die impact maakt. Als trainee bij de Service Desk Defensie (SDD) krijg je twee jaar lang de kans om te ontdekken, te leren én actief mee te draaien in de kern van de ICT-operatie van Defensie. Je leert de systemen kennen, raakt vertrouwd met klantvragen en bouwt een stevige basis in ICT en dienstverlening. Denk aan Incidentcoördinatie, Kwaliteitszorg, Procesondersteuning, Kennis & Contentmanagement en zelfs Teamleiding. In elk team draai je actief mee en krijg je de kans om van dichtbij te ervaren hoe Defensie haar ICT-dienstverlening organiseert en verbetert. Denk aan communicatie, klantgerichtheid, data-analyse of procesoptimalisatie. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid vanaf dag één, maar ook de begeleiding om daarin te groeien. In dit traineeship leer je niet alleen de techniek, maar vooral ook de processen en mensen achter de dienstverlening.
