Deze organisatie ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen voor patiënten met slikproblemen en helpt zorginstellingen om de kwaliteit van zorg en voeding te verbeteren. De organisatie heeft een sterke positie opgebouwd in haar thuismarkt en investeert momenteel volop in verdere groei binnen Europa. Nederland is een relatief nieuwe markt waar inmiddels de eerste commerciële successen zijn gerealiseerd. De komende jaren staan volledig in het teken van verdere marktontwikkeling, merkopbouw en omzetgroei. Je komt terecht in een ondernemende omgeving waar je veel vrijheid krijgt, directe impact maakt en samenwerkt met een klein, internationaal team met korte lijnen. De functie Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen ziekenhuizen, verpleeghuizen, revalidatiecentra en andere zorginstellingen. Je bouwt zelfstandig jouw regio uit, identificeert kansen in de markt en weet zorgprofessionals, managementteams en inkopers aan je te binden. De salescycli zijn gemiddeld zes maanden en kennen vaak complexe besluitvormingsprocessen met meerdere stakeholders. Je geeft productdemonstraties, verzorgt trainingen, bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op en converteert prospects naar actieve klanten. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Europa en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Europese General Manager.
