The posting

Als natlakker zorg je voor het voorbereiden en afwerken van metalen onderdelen. Je gebruikt je spuitpistool om natlak zorgvuldig aan te brengen en mengt lakken en verharders volgens de juiste verhoudingen. Je volgt technische fiches en controleert nauwkeurig de kwaliteit van het lakwerk.

Jouw dag bestaat uit onderdelen ontvetten, schuren, afplakken en reinigen. Daarna ga je aan de slag met het lakken, waarbij je aandacht hebt voor de perfecte afwerking. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit de productie en assemblage om de planning te halen en springt bij waar nodig. Kleine lakfouten los je vlot zelf op.

  • Minstens 1 jaar ervaring als natlakker, industrieel spuiter of autolakker
  • Ervaring met werken met een spuitpistool
  • Kennis van laksoorten en correcte mengverhoudingen
  • Zeer nauwkeurig en oog voor detail
  • Technisch inzicht
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kunnen werken
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands
  • Bereid om in een productieomgeving te werken
  • Veilig en verantwoord werken
  • Pluspunt: ervaring met metaalconstructies of machinebouw
  • Pluspunt: kennis van kwaliteitscontrole of lakdiktemeting
