Onze klant is een belangrijk deel van de Belgische fietsindustrie. In Belgian Bike Valley, waar grote merken zoals Ridley, Eddy Merckx, Nukeproof en Aeres zijn gevestigd, vind je een speciale plek genaamd 'Factory of Dreams'. Hier hebben ze een Aero Performance Lab met een moderne windtunnel en een groot Belgian Experience Center van 4000 m2. In dit centrum brengen ze hun fietsen, partners en klanten samen.

Door jarenlang hard werken en investeren, brengt BCF steeds nieuwe dingen in de fietswereld. Omdat ze snel groeien, letten ze goed op hun bedrijfscultuur en organisatie.

Functieomschrijving

Als pistoolschilder speel je een sleutelrol in het creëren van hun high-end fietsen. Elk fietskader dat de lakafdeling verlaat, draagt jouw "handtekening" in afwerking en kwaliteit.

Binnen het bedrijf staat vakmanschap centraal: nauwkeurig werk, aandacht voor detail en respect voor het product zijn minstens zo belangrijk als het lakken zelf. In nauwe samenwerking met collega's uit de productie werk je mee aan een premium eindresultaat waar hun klanten wereldwijd op vertrouwen.

Je werkt voltijds vanuit hun hoofdkantoor in Beringen en je kan bij voorkeur zo snel mogelijk beginnen.

Dagdienst.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Het voorbereiden van oppervlakken (schuren, ontvetten en afplakken). Aanbrengen van grondverf, lak en vernis (natlak) op fietskaders met een spuitpistool. Verf en lak mengen volgens de juiste specificaties. Controleren van het (eigen) spuitwerk op fouten en eventuele retouches uitvoeren. Schoonmaken en onderhouden van spuitpistolen en de spuitcabine. Strikt werken volgens de geldende procedures, veiligheidsrichtlijnen, technische instructies en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen van de klant. De spuitcabine en de lakmengruimte netjes en ordelijk houden

Je beschikt over basiskennis van het vak en hebt een eerste ervaring in lakwerk (bij voorkeur in natlak of gelijkaardig). Een oog voor detail en streven naar een perfecte afwerking kenmerken jouw manier van werken. Flexibiliteit, kwaliteitsgerichtheid en een goede fit binnen een productieomgeving zijn essentieel. Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af, je bent een doener die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
