Information Security Officer - Hybride - - Sliedrecht , Zuid-Holland , Nederland - IT Functieomschrijving Als Information Security Officer vertaal je de internationale securitykaders van ESET naar onze Nederlandse organisatie. Je adviseert over risico's, borgt compliance en zorgt dat securitymaatregelen daadwerkelijk werken. Daarbij combineer je lokaal eigenaarschap met internationale samenwerking met onder andere Legal, het security-team op ons hoofdkantoor en het wereldwijde 24x7 SOC-team. Ook draag je bij aan onze securityaanpak binnen de Nordic-entiteiten. Bij ESET werken we aan een veilige digitale toekomst voor iedereen. Al ruim 30 jaar beschermen we wereldwijd meer dan 1 miljard gebruikers en ruim 500.000 zakelijke klanten in 178 landen. Wat ga je doen? In deze zelfstandige rol overzie je het brede speelveld van informatiebeveiliging. Je stelt prioriteiten, adviseert de organisatie en zorgt dat risico's en verbeterpunten worden vertaald naar concrete acties. Je geeft richting aan security - Je vertaalt de internationale securitystrategie en -kaders naar een effectieve lokale informatiebeveiligingsaanpak en ontwikkelt deze verder. - Je bent de inhoudelijke security-expert en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor lokale teams en directie. - Je adviseert over securityrisico's, prioriteiten en passende beheersmaatregelen. - Je werkt nauw samen met internationale Security-, Legal- en SOC-collega's. Je beheerst risico's en compliance - Je brengt securityrisico's en kritieke assets structureel in kaart, voert risicoanalyses uit en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete acties. - Je bewaakt de naleving van relevante standaarden en wet- en regelgeving, waaronder ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II en NIS2. - Je begeleidt audits en bent gesprekspartner voor auditors, toezichthouders en andere externe stakeholders. - Je stelt BIA-, BCP- en DRP-plannen op, houdt deze actueel en zorgt dat ze periodiek worden getest.
