Geloof jij dat er iets gedaan moet worden tegen het racisme dat Nederlanders met een Aziatische achtergrond ervaren? Vind jij het daarnaast leuk om aan creatief bezig te zijn met verschillende projecten (denk aan video's maken, artikelen schrijven en/of evenementen organiseren)? Dan is deze rol iets voor jou! Iamprofiled wil met positiviteit en creativiteit Nederlanders bewust maken van het racisme tegen Nederlanders met een Aziatische achtergrond. Omdat dit vaak een onderwerp is dat mensen liever vermijden, wil iamprofiled dit zo luchtig en laagdrempelig mogelijk bespreekbaar maken. Dit doen wij door verschillende evenementen te organiseren (zowel fysiek als online) en social media content op verschillende platformen te plaatsen. Samen met het team werken wij projectmatig aan de evenementen of het creëren van content. Een aantal projecten waar wij aan hebben gewerkt: Pathé Thuis helpen door inclusiever te worden in hun aanbod t.b.v. correcte representatie van Aziaten in films, Educatieve video's over het maanfeest en over het stereotype beeld van Aziatische mannen, Instagram posts over intersectionaliteit, Pride Amsterdam en Aziatische vrouwen in STEM, het organiseren van een paneldiscussie met DWARS, en het opnemen van een podcast met Yang's Voices. Als Projectmedewerker bepaal jij zelf in overleg welke werkzaamheden jij per project gaat oppakken. Denk aan: - Brainstormen over nieuwe content en / of evenementen - Meewerken aan video's (filmen en / of editen) - Instagram posts maken (tekst schrijven en / of ontwerpen) - Contact leggen of onderhouden met (nieuwe) partners - Evenementen organiseren Wat neem je mee? - Je vindt het leuk om creatief bezig te zijn - Je kan goed samenwerken - 4-8 uren per week beschikbaar (flexibel in te plannen) Als non-profit organisatie hebben we helaas (nog) geen budget om je te vergoeden.
