.Net Developer (junior of medior) - 32-40 uur - HBO, MBO, WO - Development Je kunt bouwen wat er gevraagd wordt. Of eerst met de klant om tafel om te achterhalen wat er werkelijk nodig is. Bij ons is dat tweede het werk. Als .NET Developer werk je aan Work-IT Verpakken, de software die orde brengt in de dagelijkse chaos op verpaklocaties in de glastuinbouw. Onze klanten zien erin wat er op voorraad staat, welke productieopdrachten nog voldaan moeten worden en hoe laat iemand komt ophalen. Je bouwt in C# op .NET 10, aan Blazor- en WinForms-applicaties die in de cloud of lokaal bij de klant draaien. Je komt in een scrumteam van zes. Jullie zoeken elkaar veel op: voor een keuze, voor een review, of als iets vastloopt. Junior of medior maakt ons minder uit dan houding - dat je initiatief neemt en samenwerking opzoekt weegt bij ons zwaarder dan het aantal jaren op je cv. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Bouwen en doorontwikkelen van onze Blazor- en WinForms-applicaties in C# op .NET 10. - Zelf bepalen hoe je een probleem oplost, en die keuze kunnen uitleggen aan je collega's. - Met klanten om tafel om het vraagstuk boven water te krijgen, voordat je aan de oplossing begint. - Onderhouden van de applicaties die dagelijks op verpaklocaties draaien. - Meedenken over hoe het team werkt, niet alleen over de code. - Manieren zoeken om je werk slimmer te doen, onder andere met AI.
