Werken bij Seacommerce Dankzij het succes van recente projecten zijn we momenteel op zoek naar ervaren .NET-ontwikkelaars die willen samenwerken aan een of meerdere (nieuwe) projecten. Werken bij Seacommerce Waarom zou je met ons willen samenwerken? Wij zijn vooral gericht op het technisch oplossen van complexere softwareproblemen. Onze projecten raken nauw aan de kern van de bedrijfsactiviteiten van onze klanten, en we moeten ons in korte tijd verdiepen in de materie. Dit is een intensief proces waar we veel energie van krijgen. Door in verschillende sectoren te werken, komen we voortdurend nieuwe uitdagingen tegen en blijven we ons ontwikkelen. We nemen veel verantwoordelijkheid voor de projecten die we uitvoeren. Onze klanten waarderen onze kritische houding en eigen inbreng zeer. We zijn nuchter en rationeel ingesteld. Bovendien zijn we niet snel te overtuigen en hebben we geleerd om op basis van argumenten tot goede oplossingen te komen. We hebben geen geplande vergaderingen, bedrijfspolitiek of focus op het aantal billable uren. We werken vaak op commissie- of licentiebasis, waarbij een langetermijnrelatie met de klant het allerbelangrijkst is. Naast het werken aan complexere projecten voor klanten vinden we het ook belangrijk en leuk om eigen producten te ontwikkelen. Zo hebben we een aantal Office 365-add-ins ontwikkeld. Wij begrijpen het belang van flexibiliteit en een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Daarom bieden wij ruimte voor flexibele werktijden, zodat werk en privé optimaal op elkaar kunnen worden afgestemd.
