Als .NET Software & Integration Engineer neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor bagageafhandelingsapplicaties, productieondersteuning, systeemintegratie en configuratie van internationale luchthaveninstallaties. Je werkt op bedrijfskritische luchthavensystemen, lost complexe operationele vraagstukken op en draagt bij aan de betrouwbaarheid van bagageafhandelingsprocessen samen met luchthavenstakeholders, leveranciers van apparatuur en internationale projectteams.

Wat ga je doen?

  • optreden als primary maintenance engineer voor bagageafhandelingsapplicaties op internationale luchthavensites
  • productie-incidenten analyseren en oplossen, waaronder schermproblemen, sorteerproblemen, afwijkingen in vluchtgegevens en prestatieproblemen
  • root cause analyses uitvoeren op complexe softwareproblemen rond bagageberichten, sorteerbesturing en workflowverwerking
  • onderhoudsrapporten opstellen en presenteren aan luchthavenstakeholders
  • samenwerken met technici op locatie, airport IT-teams en leveranciers van apparatuur om systeemoverschrijdende problemen op te lossen
  • de technische integratie leiden tussen EDAS-software en bagageafhandelingssystemen van derden
  • connectors ontwikkelen en onderhouden tussen BHS-applicaties en industriële apparatuur zoals sorteermachines, transportbanden en scanners
  • beveiligingsinstellingen configureren, communicatieproblemen op protocolniveau oplossen en betrouwbare gegevensstromen garanderen
  • systemen voor bagagetracering, sortering en reconciliatie configureren en onderhouden
  • configuraties voor hoge beschikbaarheid en redundantie ontwerpen en testen
  • 2de- en 3de-lijnsondersteuning bieden voor de EDAS BHS-applicatiesuite
  • werken met message brokers, IATA-berichtstandaarden en realtime dataverwerkingspijplijnen
  • werken met industriële communicatieprotocollen zoals OPC UA en IATA 1745 BSM-berichten
  • sortation allocation interfaces onderhouden voor realtime bagagerouting
  • workflow-engines, message broker-integraties en sorteerlogica analyseren en oplossen
  • systemen integreren met airline departure control systems en bagagereconciliatieplatformen
  • technische documentatie onderhouden, waaronder configuratiedocumenten, integratiespecificaties, troubleshootinggidsen en operationele runbooks
  • gedrag van connectors, uitrolprocedures en redundantieconfiguraties documenteren
  • kennisdeling ondersteunen en bijdragen aan de interne kennisdatabank
  • terugkerende problemen identificeren en duurzame verbeteringen implementeren
  • bijdragen aan softwarestabilisatie binnen het applicatieportfolio
  • deelnemen aan de ontwikkeling van testomgevingen en virtuele luchthaventestplatformen
  • bijdragen aan softwarerefactoring om onderhoudbaarheid en codekwaliteit te verbeteren

  • bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatica, software engineering, industriële automatisering of een verwante technische richting, of gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring
  • minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in software engineering, systeemintegratie of technische ondersteuning binnen een industriële, logistieke, transport- of 24/7 productieomgeving
  • ervaring met bagageafhandelingsapplicaties, bagagetracering, sorteer- en reconciliatiesystemen
  • grondige kennis van OPC UA, IATA 1745 BSM, SITA messaging, MQTT, AMQP en systeemintegratieconcepten
  • sterke debugging- en root cause analysevaardigheden over applicatie-, database-, netwerk- en protocollagen heen
  • ervaring met C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core), Python, PowerShell of Bash
  • kennis van SQL Server, PostgreSQL, stored procedures, databaseperformantie en datamigratieprocessen
  • ervaring met beheer van Windows Server en Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux/CentOS)
  • vertrouwd met VMware, Hyper-V, VPN, RDP, SSH en veilige externe connectiviteit
  • ervaring met Git, GitLab, GitHub, CI/CD-concepten, Docker, Jira en Confluence
  • inzicht in netwerktroubleshooting, firewalls, TLS/SSL en industriële netwerksegmentatie
  • kennis van bagageafhandelingsarchitectuur, SAC-systemen, BMR, integratie met airline DCS en IATA-standaarden voor luchthavenoperaties
  • in staat om duidelijke technische documentatie op te stellen en professioneel te communiceren met klanten, partners en collega's
  • georganiseerd en comfortabel met activiteiten over meerdere sites en projecten
  • een samenwerkingsgerichte aanpak gecombineerd met zelfstandig werken wanneer nodig
  • kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is een meerwaarde voor de communicatie met veel luchthavenstakeholders
