In onze datacenters werken we met enterprise-oplossingen van diverse leveranciers zoals VMware (team Virtualisatie), HPE, Broadcom, NetApp (team Storage), Dell/EMC en Commvault (team Backup & Recovery). Wij zijn continu bezig om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Hardware moet altijd beschikbaar zijn en voldoen aan de laatste veiligheidseisen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van onze storage-oplossingen is NetApp. Deze omgeving wordt primair ingezet voor file-based storage (SMB en NFS). Een oplossing die voor jou geen geheimen kent. Samen met andere experts beheer je deze omgeving en werk je aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan. Daarnaast denk je mee over onderwerpen zoals het toepassen van dynamische rekencapaciteit, het verwerken van grote hoeveelheden data afkomstig van duizenden camera's en miljoenen foto's, en het continu verbeteren van ons securityniveau. Je draagt daarmee direct bij aan het politiewerk in Nederland. Operation Monitoring van systemen en uitvoeren van health checks, analyses en verbeteringen. Coördineren van incidenten, uitvoeren van problem- en performance-analyses en implementeren van oplossingen. Uitwerken en uitvoeren van standaard- en maatwerkchanges op basis van capaciteit, lifecycle- of hardeningvraagstukken, uitgevoerd volgens ITIL binnen een Scrum/Agile-werkwijze. Het voortouw nemen bij nieuwe initiatieven. Reactief beheer.
