Dat doen wij als onderdeel van een Europese groep met vestigingen in Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, België, Duitsland en Italië. Wij zijn een sterk bedrijf met ruim één miljoen klanten en wij willen de komende jaren doorgroeien tot een van de belangrijkste spelers in de snel veranderende pensioenmarkt. Daarom zoeken wij mensen die niet terugdeinzen voor verandering, die van aanpakken weten, die de ambitie hebben om resultaten neer te zetten en die daarom het beste uit zichzelf en hun team weten te halen. Slimmer samen, noemen wij dat. Wat ga je doen? Als Accountmanager Binnendienst (Internal Accountmanager Pensioning) maak je onderdeel uit van het Personal Solutions Sales team, wat bestaat uit 21 specialisten dat gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk is voor al het klantcontact met deelnemers in de uitkeringsfase. Het team is specifiek verantwoordelijk voor de uitkeringsfase van pensioen- en vermogensproducten. Als medewerker én als team zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor zowel een hoge klanttevredenheid als voor de commerciële resultaten van de genoemde producten. In deze rol onderhoud je intensief contact met zowel de deelnemer als diens adviseur. Dit klantcontact vindt plaats via diverse kanalen, waaronder telefonie, e-mail, chat en social media.
