Het betreft een tijdelijke opdracht voor 32 tot 40 uur per week voor minimaal 6 maanden. De organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een zorginstelling met in totaal 13 locaties (eigen locaties en inpandig bij ziekenhuizen in Zuid-Holland), In deze rol werk je voornamelijk vanuit de locatie in Den Haag. De organisatie heeft 1500 medewerkers en 1200 werkplekken (thin clients en laptops). De omgeving draait op Microsoft365 en er wordt onder meer gebruik gemaakt van Citrix, Fortinet, HP Aruba, Cisco en HiX als clientendossier. De opdracht Deze opdracht combineert technisch inhoudelijk netwerkbeheer met een duidelijke verander- en transitieopdracht. Je krijgt een belangrijke rol in het professionaliseren, documenteren en overdraagbaar maken van de netwerkomgeving en werkt op het snijvlak van infrastructuur, security, continuïteit en dienstverlening. Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze opdracht is het volledig inzichtelijk maken van de bestaande netwerkomgeving en het voorbereiden en begeleiden van de overdracht naar een externe NOC/SOC-dienstverlener. Je bent daarbij niet alleen technisch specialist, maar ook het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor de transitie, kennisoverdracht en het vastleggen van beheerafspraken. Je brengt de netwerk- en beheeromgeving aantoonbaar op orde, zodat een externe NOC/SOC-dienstverlener zelfstandig monitoring, beheer, incidentafhandeling en securitybewaking kan uitvoeren. Jij bent dan de gatekeeper vanuit onze opdrachtgever en zorgt ervoor dat er opgeleverd wordt wat is afgesproken en stuurt bij waar nodig. - De huidige netwerkinfrastructuur volledig inventariseren en documenteren. - Logische en fysieke netwerkdiagrammen opstellen en actueel houden. - Netwerkcomponenten, verbindingen, configur...
