Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Netwerkbeheerder / IT Support Engineer die zich thuis voelt in zowel netwerkbeheer als algemene IT-ondersteuning. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat hun IT-infrastructuur optimaal blijft functioneren. Je combineert diepgaande netwerkkennis met een klantgerichte aanpak en vindt het leuk om zowel complexe netwerkproblemen als dagelijkse IT-vraagstukken op te lossen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Netwerkbeheerder / IT Support Engineer bezoek je klanten ter plaatse en ondersteun je hen bij uiteenlopende IT-gerelateerde uitdagingen. De nadruk ligt op netwerkbeheer, maar ook algemene support maakt een belangrijk deel uit van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden· Installeren, configureren en beheren van bedrijfsnetwerken.· Troubleshooten van netwerkproblemen en uitvoeren van technische analyses.· Configureren en beheren van switches, firewalls en netwerkapparatuur.· Opzetten en onderhouden van VLAN-structuren.· Implementeren en optimaliseren van netwerkconfiguraties.· Verlenen van zowel remote als on-site IT-support.· Oplossen van hard- en softwareproblemen bij klanten.· Adviseren van klanten over verbeteringen aan hun IT-omgeving.· Documenteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische oplossingen.

Wij zoeken een gedreven IT-specialist die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig klanten kan ondersteunen. Vereisten· Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in netwerkbeheer.· Grondige kennis van: VLANs, Switches, Firewalls, Netwerkconfiguratie, Troubleshooting van netwerkinfrastructuren· Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands.· Zeer goede kennis van het Engels.· In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.· Klantgericht en communicatief sterk.· Zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht. Pluspunten· Ervaring met Microsoft-omgevingen.· Kennis van cloudplatformen zoals Microsoft 365 of Azure.· Ervaring binnen een IT-dienstverlenende omgeving.
