Netwerkmanager Franchise WIJ ZOEKEN EEN NETWERKMANAGER DIE ONZE GROEIAMBITIE IN DE PRAKTIJK BRENGT De netwerkmanagers van JAMES Autoservice zijn de vertegenwoordiging van JAMES in het land. In deze veelzijdige en uitdagende functie ben je samen met je collega verantwoordelijk voor het behouden én uitbreiden van het franchise netwerk van autobedrijven binnen JAMES Autoservice. Je werkt aan een duurzame relatie met nieuwe en bestaande ondernemers en bespreekt de kansen en uitdagingen van het bedrijf en de mogelijkheden die er vanuit de JAMES formule zijn om hen te ondersteunen. Je praat met ondernemers over performance en processen, acties en verbeterplannen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werkzaamheden is het zoeken en aansluiten van professionele en gedreven ondernemers. In de basis ben je veel onderweg en in ieder geval één dag per week op kantoor om met je collega's te sparren en de (markt)ontwikkelingen door te nemen. Vestiging Hoofdkantoor Uren 40 uur Locatie Hilversum Opleidingsniveau nvt WIE ZIJN WIJ JAMES Autoservice is de enige onafhankelijke auto-onderhoudsketen voor universeel onderhoud in Nederland. Wij zijn een franchiseformule en vanuit ons kantoor in Hilversum ondersteunen we iedere dag onze franchisenemers, die werken voor particuliere klanten en voor nagenoeg alle leasemaatschappijen. Ons landelijk netwerk bestaat op dit moment uit 67 vestigingen. De meeste vestigingen verkopen ook occasions van alle gangbare merken. Onze ambitie is om ons groene, sterke merk en ons netwerk verder uit te bouwen en onze toegevoegde waarde voor onze klanten te vergroten.
