Netwerksecretaris Samenwerkende Woningcorporaties Stedendriehoek (16 uur per week) Profiel Samenwerkende Woningcorporaties Stedendriehoek De Samenwerkende Woningcorporaties Stedendriehoek is een netwerk van elf woningcorporaties die werkzaam zijn in de Stedendriehoek. Samen goed voor circa 52.000 woningen. De samenwerking kent een korte historie en is gestart in 2025. De SWS richt zich op regionaal getinte thema's als Woondealafspraken en het ontwikkelperspectief Stedendriehoek, regionale afspraken over wonen en zorg en duurzaamheidsvraagstukken. De SWS functioneert apart van Stichting Woonkeus Stedendriehoek die zich uitsluitend richt op de regionale woonruimteverdeling. Het netwerk richt zich op drie doelen: - Elkaar kennen, weten wat er speelt en leren van en met elkaar; - Belangenbehartiging met beïnvloeding van relevante stakeholders; - Efficiënter werken aan onze opgaven door gerichte onderlinge samenwerking. Het eerste doel wordt bereikt door een periodiek bestuurlijk overleg en een jaarlijkse bijeenkomst om elkaar beter te leren kennen. In het bestuurlijk overleg komen actuele onderwerpen aan de orde waar corporaties gezamenlijk belang bij hebben en waar we gezamenlijk een standpunt willen innemen. Ook de belangenbehartiging krijgt binnen de SWS volop aandacht. Wij zijn goed vertegenwoordigd in provinciale en regionale overlegstructuren om vanuit een gezamenlijke opvatting invloed uit te oefenen op de bestuurlijke besluitvorming in de regio. Ter voorbereiding bekijkt de netwerksecretaris hoe dat het beste georganiseerd kan worden. Voor inhoudelijke ondersteuning functioneren er drie thematafels met beleidscollega's van alle deelnemende corporaties om van elkaar te leren en standpunten voor te bereiden. Zo heeft de thematafel Wonen&Zorg een belangrijke bijdrage geleverd aan de reactie van de SWS op de fair-share afspraken over aandachtsgroepen.
