De IT-afdeling van de FOD BOSA binnen het directoraat-generaal Interne Ondersteunende Dienst (DG IOD) is verantwoordelijk voor alle technische IT-aspecten van de interne toepassingen en systemen van de organisatie. Zij ziet toe op de technologische samenhang in dit domein, van implementatie tot operationele uitvoering, volgens de best practices.

De expertise is onderverdeeld in SD-SDM (Servicedesk - Service Delivery Manager), ES (ERP-platformen), AS (specifieke ontwikkelingen) en Infra & Workplace (systemen en platformen). Het Bureau voor Informatie­technologie is één van de vier componenten van IOD-IT en is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de activiteiten binnen de andere afdelingen van de interne IT-organisatie.

Taakomschrijving

De Network and Systems Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de implementatie, het beheer en het onderhoud van de netwerk- en serverinfrastructuren van de organisatie. Deze functie is essentieel om de beschikbaarheid, de veiligheid en de efficiëntie van de IT-systemen te waarborgen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerp en Implementatie Ontwerpen en implementeren van netwerk- en serveroplossingen die voldoen aan de behoeften van de organisatie. Configureren en onderhouden van netwerkapparatuur (routers, switches, firewalls, enz.). Installeren en configureren van fysieke en virtuele servers.
  • Beheer en Onderhoud Bewaken van de prestaties van netwerken en servers om een goede werking te garanderen. Uitvoeren van software- en hardware-updates. Technische problemen snel analyseren en oplossen om downtime te minimaliseren.
  • Security Implementeren van beveiligingsmaatregelen om gegevens en systemen te beschermen tegen cyberdreigingen. Gebruikersrechten en toegangen beheren Security audits regelmatig uitvoeren
  • Technische Ondersteuning Technische ondersteuning bieden aan gebruikers en interne teams. Procedures en configuraties documenteren om onderhoud en probleemoplossing te vergemakkelijken.
  • Projecten en Innovatie Deelnemen aan continue verbeteringsprojecten van de infrastructuur. Nieuwe technologieën onderzoeken en evalueren om prestaties en security te optimaliseren.
  • Samenwerking Nauw samenwerken met IT-teams, leveranciers en externe dienstverleners. Deelnemen aan projectplannings- en opvolgingsvergaderingen.

Profielbeschrijving

  • Je bent titularis van een diploma in informatica, netwerken, telecommunicatie of gelijkaardig door ervaring
  • Je vertoont minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie
  • Je bent in het bezit van relevante certificeringen (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, enz.)
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van netwerkprotocollen (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, enz.).
  • Je vertoont een goede kennis van serversystemen (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Je hebt een goede vaardigheid in virtualisatie (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Je hebt het vermogen om onder druk te werken en meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en / of het Engels
