Für eine Direktanstellung bei unserem global agierenden Kunden, der innovative IoT-Lösungen entwickelt, suchen wir aktuell eine*n erfahrene*n Network & Cloud Support Engineer zum sofortigen oder baldigen Einsatz.

Komplexe Netzwerkumgebungen analysieren, Störungen lösen und moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen weiterentwickeln: In dieser Position liegt der Fokus auf der technischen Fehleranalyse und der nachhaltigen Optimierung von Netzwerk- und Kundenumgebungen. Dabei verbinden sich tiefgehendes Networking-Know-how mit Cloud-Technologien, Troubleshooting und enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkstörungen in LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi und Site-to-Site-Umgebungen

* Einsatz von Wireshark, Nmap und Netzwerk-Monitoring-Tools zur Fehleranalyse und Identifikation von Anomalien

* Auswertung von Logs und Performance-Daten in Azure, insbesondere über Azure Monitor und Log Analytics

* Durchführung von Netzwerktests, Audits und Performance-Analysen zur Ursachenfindung

* Dokumentation von Störungen, Erstellung von Incident Reports und Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Koordination der Incident-Bearbeitung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Wissensdatenbank

* Unterstützung und Schulung interner Teams bei Troubleshooting und Best Practices

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Informatik, Netzwerktechnik, Telekommunikation o. Ä.

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Netzwerkadministration, Monitoring, Troubleshooting und technischem Support

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi und Netzwerkarchitekturen

* Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit Wireshark, Nmap und Monitoring-Lösungen

* Erfahrung in der Analyse komplexer, auch sicherheitsrelevanter Netzwerkvorfälle

* Kenntnisse in Azure, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics sowie VMware und hybriden Umgebungen

* AZ-900 und CCNP oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen

* Kundenorientierte, kommunikative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an innovativen Technologien

* Kommunikationsstärke in Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt von € 3.600 bis € 4.500.

Geboten wird von unserem Kunden eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
