Werkomgeving

Het Belgisch Instituut voor Postdiensten en Telecommunicatie (BIPT) is verantwoordelijk voor de regulering van de telecommunicatie-, post- en mediamarkt in België. We beheren het elektromagnetische spectrum en handhaven de regelgeving om de kwaliteit van diensten te garanderen. Als toezichthouder in een complexe omgeving, opereren we met een beveiligde IT-infrastructuur, waar jouw expertise bijdraagt aan de bescherming van cruciale publieke diensten en de samenleving als geheel.

Taakomschrijving

Binnen het IT-team van BIPT ben je als Systeem- en Netwerkbeheerder de drijvende kracht achter het operationeel beheer van onze IT-infrastructuur. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Installeren, configureren en beheren van netwerksoftware en apparatuur.
  • Onderhoud van zowel Microsoft- als Linux-netwerken en het Active Directory Domein.
  • Ontwikkeling en beheer van automatiseringsoplossingen met Powershell en GPO's.
  • Beheer van Office365-toepassingen zoals Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange, en Azure.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke documentatie voor infrastructuren en procedures.
  • Behandelen van IT-incidenten en problemen, en monitoren van back-upsystemen, antivirus, firewalls, switches en servers.
  • Actief meewerken aan de netwerkbeveiliging samen met de Information Security Advisor en DPO.
  • Het adviseren over hardware-upgrades en het onderhouden van contacten met onze IT-partners.

Profielomschrijving

  • Bachelor of master in informatica, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens drie jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Ervaring met beheer van IT-netwerken, Office365, Active Directory, Azure, en automatisering.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, met een grondige kennis van technisch Engels.
  • Flexibel, gedetailleerd en sterk in documentatie en teamwork.

  • Expertise in IT-beveiliging, ISO 2700x, incident management, en forensische analyse.
