Jij combineert diepgaande expertise in netwerken en firewalls met een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit en een sterk consultancy DNA. Je staat niet aan de zijlijn, maar werkt actief mee in de omgeving van de klant: je analyseert, configureert, implementeert én optimaliseert. Tegelijk ben je een betrouwbare adviseur die klanten begeleidt bij strategische keuzes en complexe vraagstukken.

Van design tot implementatie: jij zorgt ervoor dat de infrastructuur van je klanten betrouwbaar werkt, vandaag en morgen. Waar bij andere rollen de focus ligt op cloud of Modern Workplace, ben jij de specialist in connectiviteit, security en netwerkarchitectuur. Het fundament waarop alles draait.

Daarnaast ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor complexe netwerkproblemen en uitdagende configuraties. Collega’s en klanten rekenen op jouw expertise wanneer het moeilijk wordt. Je neemt ownership en brengt rust, structuur en een oplossing.

Je speelt ook een belangrijke rol binnen het team: je ondersteunt collega’s, deelt kennis en helpt hen groeien. Je tilt niet alleen je klanten, maar ook je team naar een hoger niveau.

Van uitdaging naar oplossing

  • Je analyseert de netwerk- en securitybehoeften van klanten en vertaalt die naar stabiele, schaalbare oplossingen
  • Je ontwerpt en implementeert netwerkarchitecturen (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls) afgestemd op de omgeving en groei van de klant
  • Je configureert, optimaliseert en beveiligt netwerk- en firewalloplossingen met focus op performance en continuïteit
  • Je adviseert klanten proactief over netwerkstrategie, security best practices en technologische vernieuwingen
  • Je begeleidt implementaties van A tot Z: van design en configuratie tot testing en oplevering
  • Je lost complexe netwerkproblemen op met inzicht en rust, zowel on site als remote
  • Je documenteert netwerkarchitecturen, configuraties en procedures helder en gestructureerd
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit service, cloud en workplace om geïntegreerde oplossingen te realiseren

Wat jij kan, maakt het verschil

  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in netwerken en firewalltechnologieën
  • Sterke kennis van netwerkdesign, routing, switching, security en troubleshooting
  • Ervaring met het configureren en beheren van firewall- en VPN-oplossingen
  • Bewezen hands-on ervaring: je weet niet alleen hoe het moet, maar hebt het ook effectief gebouwd, geconfigureerd en in productie gebracht
  • Kennis van on-prem infrastructuur (Windows Server, AD, netwerken, virtualisatie, storage…)
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365
  • Sterk consultancyprofiel: je kan klanten adviseren, challengen en begeleiden in hun keuzes, met oog voor zowel technische als business impact
  • Een oplossingsgerichte mindset en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
  • Heldere communicatie: je maakt complexe technologie begrijpelijk voor klanten
  • Nieuwsgierigheid naar nieuwe technologieën en de drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen
