Functieomschrijving

Als Network & Infrastructure Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de IT-infrastructuur binnen de groep. Je plant en coördineert IT-projecten en bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van de IT-omgeving.

Daarnaast werk je samen met je team ook actief mee als IT-specialist.

Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders en zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en toekomstgerichte IT-organisatie.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Strategische rol Aansturen en coachen van het IT-team Optimaliseren van processen, bepalen van prioriteiten en deadlines Leiden, coördineren, opvolgen en rapporteren van IT-projecten Beheer van IT-budget, licenties en contracten Standaardisatie over de verschillende vestigingen Onderhouden van contacten met externe IT-partners Overleg met management en directie
  • Meewerken als IT-specialist: Eindverantwoordelijk voor de IT-infrastructuur en cyber security Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking van de internationale IT-omgeving Meewerken aan infrastructuurprojecten Opstellen, testen en onderhouden van disaster recovery roadmaps Beheren van back-ups en monitoring van systemen Automatiseren en verbeteren van processen Ondersteunen van servicedesk bij issue-oplossing Documenteren van infrastructuur en uitgevoerde acties Opvolgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen
  • Opleiding: Graduaat of Bachelor in Toegepaste Informatica of Elektronica-ICT
  • Ervaring: Minstens 3 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie, of Minstens 10 jaar ervaring binnen IT
  • Technische kennis: netwerken, security, endpoints, MS Office, OTKennis van de huidige technische omgeving (Fortinet, VMware en Veeam) is een grote meerwaarde.
  • Talen: Nederlands en Engels (vereist), Frans is een plus
  • Kennis van regelgeving: GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen, organisatorisch sterk en nauwkeurig, besluitvaardig, kostenbewust, coachend en motiverend leiderschap
