Deine Aufgaben In dieser Rolle bist du zentraler Bestandteil unseres Network Operations Teams und sorgst für den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb moderner Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen. Du arbeitest an komplexen Kundenumgebungen - vom Campus-Netzwerk über Datacenter-Infrastrukturen bis hin zu hybriden Cloud-Szenarien - ganz im Sinne von ,,Connect and Protect". Dein Fokus liegt auf Network Operations & Security: Monitoring, Analyse, Troubleshooting und laufende Optimierung von Netzwerken und Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW). Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Engineering-, Security- und Presales-Teams zusammen. Deine Hauptaufgaben: Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen im NOC Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung von Incidents, Störungen und Performance-Issues Betrieb und Tuning von Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) sowie sicherheitsrelevanter Netzwerkkomponenten Mitarbeit bei Changes, Rollouts und technischen Implementierungen Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Services und Prozesse Technische Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen (Engineering, Security, Presales) Sorgfältige Dokumentation sowie aktiver Wissenstransfer im Team Mitarbeit im Schicht- bzw. Betriebsmodell (je nach Ausprägung der Rolle) Dein Profil Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) Erste praktische Erfahrung im Netzwerk-/NOC-Umfeld Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerk- und Security-Technologien, insbesondere: Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) LAN, WAN, Switching, Routing Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Herstellern wie Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba o.ä. Erfahrung im Monitoring, Incident- und Problem-Management von Vorteil Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Teamfähig, zuverlässig und kommunikativ - auch in stressigen Situationen Sehr Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Interesse an kontinuierlicher fachlicher Weiterentwicklung im Netzwerk- und Security-Umfeld Unser Angebot Es erwartet dich eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit Zukunftsperspektiven. Das gebotene jährliche Bruttogehalt liegt bei (mind.) EUR 42.000,- eine Überzahlung ist je nach relevanter Arbeitserfahrung und Qualifikation möglich.
