Je krijgt eigen leadlijsten om mee te werken, en daarnaast komen er via de website aanvragen binnen die jij oppakt. We zoeken iemand die nieuwe klanten binnenhaalt voor ROXTAR. Fulltime, vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam Noord. Wat je gaat doen Je werkt je eigen leadlijsten af en je belt koud. Daar draaien we niet omheen, dat is het grootste deel van de functie. Je moet het leuk vinden om een onbekende aan de lijn te krijgen en binnen twee minuten duidelijk te maken waarom het de moeite waard is om verder te praten. Daarnaast pak je de inbound leads op. Ondernemers die ons via Google gevonden hebben en een formulier hebben ingevuld. Die zijn een stuk warmer, maar ze vragen vaak ook bij andere bureaus offerte op, dus snelheid telt. Vanaf het eerste contact zit jij erop tot de handtekening: het kennismakingsgesprek, het voorstel, de afronding. Voor de inhoud schuift een specialist aan, want een klant wil weten wat er concreet gaat gebeuren met zijn Google Ads of zijn vindbaarheid. Jij hoeft dat niet tot in detail te beheersen. Je moet wel snappen waar je het over hebt. Onze klanten zitten vooral in het MKB: klinieken, praktijken, webshops, installatiebedrijven, dienstverleners. Vaak de eigenaar zelf aan tafel. Dat maakt de gesprekken kort en concreet. Wat je verdient Je basis ligt tussen 2.800 en 3.800 euro bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Die staat, ongeacht hoe de maand loopt. Daarbovenop bouw je commissie op, en dat is waar het interessant wordt. Je verdient over elke klant die je binnenhaalt twaalf maanden lang mee, dus je boek groeit onder je door zolang je blijft schrijven. Er zit geen plafond op. Daarnaast is er een opstartcommissie die je al in je eerste maand verzilvert, en een kwartaalbonus als je een goed kwartaal draait. Wie op tar...
