Voor een IT-dienstverlener in Leiden, actief in sourcing en detachering, ben ik op zoek naar een New Business Sales Manager. De organisatie helpt opdrachtgevers aan de juiste IT-professionals en wil haar klantportefeuille uitbreiden. Jij krijgt daarin een sleutelrol: de dienstverlening staat, het verhaal klopt, nu is het aan jou om nieuwe deuren te openen. Als New Business Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het winnen van nieuwe klanten. Je identificeert prospects, voert gesprekken op managementniveau en sluit de deal. Daarna draag je de klant warm over aan de delivery-organisatie. Je werkt vanuit Leiden met veel vrijheid in je eigen aanpak en agenda. De doelgroep bestaat uit middelgrote en grote organisaties die IT-capaciteit of sourcingadvies zoeken. Korte beslislijnen intern betekenen dat je snel kunt schakelen op een kans. Je rapporteert direct aan de directie en denkt mee over proposities, prijsstelling en marktbewerking. Wie resultaat laat zien, groeit hier door naar commercieel eindverantwoordelijke.
