Als NPD Planner ben jij de planningsspecialist binnen multidisciplinaire innovatieprojecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat lanceringsplannen haalbaar zijn, risico’s tijdig worden geïdentificeerd en de overgang tussen oude en nieuwe materialen soepel verloopt.

Dit is een impactvolle functie waarin je strategisch denken combineert met gedetailleerde projectcoördinatie en stakeholdermanagement om succesvolle productlanceringen binnen ons Lifestyle Brands-portfolio mogelijk te maken.

Je komt terecht in ons Supply Planning-team en werkt samen met gedreven collega’s die zich inzetten om duurzame innovatie tot leven te brengen. Samen ondersteun je iconische Lifestyle Brands zoals Ecover, Method, Mrs. Meyer's en Babyganics als onderdeel van de SC Johnson-familie.

Wat zal jij dagelijks doen?

  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de planningsuitvoering van New Product Development (NPD)-projecten om oplevering volgens afgesproken lanceringstijden en First Arrival Dates te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerken met projectteams om realistische en haalbare lanceringsplannen op te stellen.
  • Supply Planning vertegenwoordigen tijdens projectvergaderingen en ervoor zorgen dat planningsperspectieven worden meegenomen in belangrijke beslissingen.
  • Phase-in- en phase-out-activiteiten opvolgen en het risico op overtollige voorraad en afval minimaliseren.
  • Projecttrackingtools onderhouden en continu verbeteren, evenals de zichtbaarheid van planningsactiviteiten.
  • Proactief risico’s, hiaten en conflicten in tijdlijnen identificeren en waar nodig escaleren.
  • Projectomvang en planningsaannames afstemmen met innovatieteams.
  • Nauw samenwerken met Procurement rond MOQ-planning en leveranciersvereisten.
  • Testactiviteiten coördineren en ervoor zorgen dat materialen, capaciteit en productie gereed zijn.
  • Vraaguploads en nauwkeurigheid van lanceringsvolumes monitoren en afwijkingen signaleren.
  • Geavanceerde procurementgoedkeuringen ondersteunen door planningsinput en risicobeoordelingen aan te leveren.
  • Waarborgen dat end-of-life-processen van producten correct worden verwerkt in planningssystemen.
  • De nauwkeurigheid van Bill of Materials (BOM) controleren vóór productlanceringen.
  • Bacheloropleiding in Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Operations of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ervaring in Supply Planning, Projectmanagement, PMO, New Product Development of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in Microsoft Office, met name Excel.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Kennis van productie-, logistieke of planningsomgevingen.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Vermogen om meerdere projecten en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
