Als NextGen Account Manager wirst du Teil unseres Beratungsteams und arbeitest von Beginn ab deinem Einstieg an spannenden Projekten für nationale und internationale Kunden mit. Gemeinsam mit unseren Expert:innen aus Strategie, Kreation, Digital und Technologie entwickelst du Kommunikationslösungen, die Marken stärken und Unternehmen erfolgreicher machen. Dabei lernst du, wie moderne Markenführung funktioniert, wie erfolgreiche Agenturberatung aussieht und wie GenAI die Zukunft der Kommunikation verändert.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen

- Begleitung von Projekten

- Timings, Budgets und Qualität im Blick behalten und proaktiv steuern.

- Koordination von Projekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreation und unseren Units

- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Meetingunterlagen

- Organisation von Projekten, Jobs und Ablagen

- Kundendatenbankpflege

DEIN PROFIL:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Matura oder Studium an einer FH bzw. Universität

- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in einer Werbeagentur oder Marketingabteilung

- Englisch in Wort und Schrift

- Teamfähig und geschickt im Umgang mit Menschen

- Großes Interesse an kreativen Prozessen

- Ziel- und Lösungsorientiertheit

Gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sind wir verpflichtet, das für diese Position vorgesehene Mindestentgelt anzuführen. Da für unseren Standort in Linz und Graz kein eigener Kollektivvertrag zur Anwendung kommt, orientiert sich diese Angabe am Wiener Kollektivvertrag für Werbung und Marktkommunikation und beträgt für diese Position € 2.386,20 brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung.
