Für unseren Standort in Wien suchen wir ab sofort eine 1 NIEDERLASSUNGSLEITUNG (M/W/D) WIEN (unbefristet, Vollzeit 38,5 Stunden)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung der Serviceniederlassung in Österreich

* Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter_innen / Personal- und Nachfolgeplanung

* Budget - und Gesamtverantwortung der Niederlassung

* Vertrieb von Neuanlagen, Modernisierungen sowie Serviceleistungen

* Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

* Verantwortung der Erreichung der Ziele inkl. Reporting ins Headquarter nach Bremen

* Erstellung Growthplan (SOLL/IST) inkl. Installed-Base-Management und Investitionsplänen

* Eigenständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von (inter-)nationalen Service Projekten

* Verantwortung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der zugewiesenen Aufgaben des Arbeitsschutzmanagements (SCC/ ISO 45001) sowie des Qualitätsmanagements (ISO 9001) für die jeweilige Region

* Erstellung von Termin-/Ablaufplänen und Budgetschätzung der Kosten für Inbetriebnahmen

* Zusammenstellung von technischen Abweichungen und Problemen in der verantworteten Region für den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

Ihr Profil

* Ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsingenieurs- oder Ingenieursstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalführung und im Vertrieb im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (vorzugsweise im Bereich der Feuerungstechnik / Wärme-Energietechnik)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse (P&L) und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Bevorzugte Gewerbeberechtigung Metall- und Maschinenbau

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Gesetze
